1. The service
pushup.group is a social fitness application that uses your device camera to count push-ups, records workout history, lets groups work toward shared targets and creates short replays. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy.
2. Your account
- Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method secure.
- Use only your own account and do not give another person access.
- If you are not legally able to agree to these terms yourself, use the service only with permission from a parent or guardian.
- You are responsible for activity submitted through your account until you report unauthorized access.
3. Fitness and camera safety
pushup.group is a recreational product, not medical advice or a medical device. Exercise carries risk. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort and seek appropriate professional advice. Place your phone securely, keep the workout area clear and do not use the camera in a way that records someone who has not agreed to be recorded.
Automated recognition can miss or add repetitions. Review the count before submitting it. Group targets, rankings and streaks are motivational features, not health recommendations.
4. Groups, replays and sharing
A submitted replay may be shown to the group you selected. Replay links are unlisted rather than access-controlled: anyone with the link can view it. Share links carefully and only submit content you are entitled to record and share.
Group owners manage membership, settings, invitations and group deletion. Deleting a group removes its group-scoped history for all members. Deleting an owner's account also deletes groups they own.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- upload unlawful, abusive, invasive, deceptive or infringing content;
- harass other members or expose a replay link against the subject's wishes;
- manipulate counts, rewards, payments or access controls;
- probe, disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use the service in a way that harms another person or the service.
6. Your content and our product
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant pushup.group a limited right to host, process, resize, display and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service in line with the privacy policy. You may end this licence by deleting the account, subject to mandatory retention obligations.
The application, brand and product materials remain owned by their respective owners. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.
7. Paid features
Prices, currency and the item purchased are shown before payment. Payments are processed by Mollie. Any mandatory consumer cancellation, refund or warranty rights continue to apply. Product-specific payment and fulfilment wording must be confirmed during legal review.
8. Availability, enforcement and ending use
We may change, suspend or stop parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal or product reasons. We may restrict access when these terms are materially or repeatedly breached. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to resolve the issue.
You can stop using the service at any time. Signing out does not delete data; permanent deletion is available in Profile & settings → Danger zone. See how deletion works.
9. Responsibility and legal rights
The service is provided with reasonable care, but it cannot be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free or perfectly accurate. We do not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation of liability, governing-law clause, business identity and dispute venue must be completed and approved by the legal reviewer before these terms are published as final.
